PMendozaConsult is a consulting and business service enterprise led by Patricia B. Mendoza, a development and management consultant with significant experience and an extensive skill set. 

Who We Are

PMendozaConsult is the New York based consulting enterprise led by Patricia B. Mendoza.  It is a  transition from the successful start-up and operation of A.B.E.N. Services and Consulting Limited (ABEN Consulting), registered and operating in Belize, Central America since 2005.  Both ABEN Consulting and PMendozaConsult provide a vehicle for applying accumulated skills and experience of a team of associates to various development efforts.

Either independently or as part of a team Patricia provides development consulting services to a range of national, regional and international organizations.  ABEN Consulting also offers management consulting and business support services consistent with its core mission.

As principal of PMendozaConsult, Patricia applies the experience and skills accumulated over the years to benefit her clients.  In addition to the policy and development related expertise, these include:

• Budgeting and Financial Management
• Information technology, including standard word processing spreadsheet, database and accounting software
• Strong analytical, research and technical writing skills
